For Shippers:

Once your shipment has been booked, a tracking number will
be available within 24 hours of the requested pick-up date (for most carriers) and can be provided for tracking.

Contact the retailer directly or marketplace where you made your purchase.

The best way to avoid a change in shipping rates is to ensure that all information given to the carrier at the time of booking is 100%
complete and accurate.

It usually means that the carrier does not have any delivery information for the tracking number yet.

For Carriers:

Select ‘Get CTN with us’ and sign up to haul through a streamlined registration process designed to get you on the road faster. Simply
follow the prompts, which will explain what documents or information you need to get set up as a carrier.
